Classes begin again the week of September 17 through the
week of November 26, 2018 - no class Thanksgiving week.  

Drop ins are welcome but please call first.

Weather Policy

Check Home page for
announcements after 4 PM for
evening class or two hours before
a morning class on snowy days or
call 864-1194- otherwise class will
be held.  
Those who can't make it due to
weather can make the class up
during the current session.
Class Fees

10 week session - one class per week—$100
6 class package to be used within three months - $75
Drop in $15; please call first to be sure space permits.

Missed classes may be made up by attending other classes during the same
10-week period where space permits.

Participating provider for WNY BC/BS and certain Independent
Health and Univera programs.

Checks and credit cards accepted.


    Gentle Hatha Yoga:  
    gentle stretches to
    warm up joints and
    muscles, postures
    designed to increase
    strength, flexibility and
    balance, and time for
    relaxation and
    meditation. Suitable
    for all but especially
    students with injuries
    and or limitations.

    Gentle Power Flow
    Yoga/Pilates:  a more
    vigorous class
    featuring relaxation,
    warmup stretches,
    series of sequences
    including sun salutation,
    moon salutation and
    warrior and triangle
    and pilates postures
    designed to build
    strength, endurance,
    and body heat.  
    Time at end for cool
    down and meditation.

    Yoga for Beginners
    appropriate for those
    new to yoga and as a
    step toward more
    vigorous classes.

    Restorative Yoga for
    Stress Relief involves
    holding postures for
    longer periods with the
    support of various

    Yoga for Developing
    Detachment and
    Easing Anxiety
    explores readings to
    promote letting go of
    others and outcomes,
    and postures and
    breathing techniques
    to ease anxiety.

    Mats, bolsters, blocks,
    and blankets are
    provided; dress in
    comfortable clothes
    that will stretch.  Give
    yourself at least two
    hours between a large
    meal and class.

One hour audio Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga CDs , and my DVD
"Everyday Yoga" are also available for sale (see DVD button), as
well as yoga mat bags, bolsters, blankets,  and eye pillows.
